Once Upon a Time…

Ariel graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in psychology and continued her studies at the University of Chicago. After achieving her master’s degree, Ariel began her career In New York City, as an EAP counselor for employees of Fortune 500 companies. This provided her with unique access to the interaction between employees, employers, and the functional requirements of various occupations.

Soon, Ariel was offered an opportunity to work for a staffing agency and quickly rose to become a senior member of its operations team. After nine years, Ariel decided she wanted to integrate her distinctive skill set to form her own company.
